Community Nurses Required
- RGNs Required to join the Community Intervention Team (South Dublin)
- Position will include post-discharge health checks, monitoring of IV lines, medication management, O2 monitoring, wound management etc.
- Based in Rathmines but will involve visiting patients throughout South Dublin
- ·Nurses Required for Daytime, Evening and Weekend Shifts (Monday – Sunday 09.30-22.30 – no nights)
- Full and Part time shifts available
- Nurses should have phlebotomy and cannulation experience, 3 years post-registration experience and preferably Emergency Department/Community Experience
- In service training will be provided to enable proficiency within the CIT service
- Immediate Start but will work around notice periods for the right nurse
- Nurses must have full drivers licence and own transport
- Department of Health Rates and Holiday Pay,Mileage Public Holiday pay & Senior Staff Nurse rate
