- RGN/CRN required.
- 2 Years Clinical Experience required
- CNM 1 position Department of Health Rates and Holiday Pay, Public Holiday pay & Senior Staff Nurse rate Paid.
- 39 hour week
- Location Dublin City Hospital
- Specified purpose contract for one year with the option of extending the contract
- Previous oncology experience essential
Job Purpose
The Clinical Research Nurse (CRN) will work as part of the multidisciplinary team within the Clinical Trials Resource Unit. The CRN will participate in the process of identifying and screening potential trial patients, involved in the consent process and in the explanation of standard and research treatment, potential side effects (short and long term) and the possible benefits of treatment. The CRN will be responsible for maintenance accurate records according to ICH/GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and with the co-ordination and organisation of clinical investigations, tracking and the follow up of trial patients
